Though it’s been more then two years since the final episode of How I Met Your Mother aired on television, this quirky and funny sitcom is still as popular as ever. With the first ever episode airing in late 2005, the arrival of this show was the dawn of a new T.V sitcom era, a post-Friends world, and maintained a steady and loyal fanbase during it’s tenure. Following a similar formula to ‘Friends’, this sitcom followed the life of five very close friends in New York City, but with a more modern twist. This show doesn’t fail to make us laugh, whether it’s Barney’s crude, slightly disturbing quips, or Lily and Marshall’s hilarious chemistry.

If you’re like me, you’ve always wondered want the cast of this show looked like before they became famous!

Starring as the goofy and laid back titular character Ted Mosby, Josh Radnor looks almost the same as a teenager then he did a 30 year-old architect.

His Emmy nominated performance in this show wasn’t the first time Neil Patrick Harris graced our screens. A much younger Neil featured in the show Doogie Howser, M.D in the early nineties.

Long before she was starring as the driven and ambitious journalist on How I Met Your Mother and the stoic Maria Hill in the Avengers, Cobie Smulders aspired to be a marine biologist before graduating high school.
