1. Sweet Potato Rice

Ingredients (2-3 Servings)
- 1 cup of long grain rice
- 300 gram of sweet potato
- 2 tbsp of soya sauce
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
Directions
1. Put 1 cup of long grain rice in to your rice cooker. Wash the rice and drain until the drained water runs clear. Drain the last of the water, then add 1 cup of water into the rice cooker.
2. Add in soya sauce and sesame oil into your rice cooker and mix it well.
3. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into ½ inch cubes.

4. Add the sweet potato into the rice cooker.
5. Then, close the lid and turn on your rice cooker and start cooking it until the rice cooker done with cooking the rice.
6. Transfer it into a bowl and is ready to eat!
2. Tuna Rice

Ingredients (2-3 Servings)
- 1 cup of long grain rice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tbsp of soya sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of cooking oil
Directions
1. Put 1 cup of long grain rice into your rice cooker. Wash and drain until the water runs clear. Drain the last of the water, then add 1 cup of water into the rice cooker and start cooking it.
2. Next, drain the water of the tuna till dry.

3. Then, mince the garlic.

4. Heat up your frying pan. Then, add in cooking oil and the minced garlic. Fry it till light brown colour.
5. After that, add in the tuna and stir fry it for about 2 minutes.
6. Transfer the tuna into a small plate then add in the soya sauce and sesame oil and mix it well.
7. After your rice is done, add the cooked tuna in to your rice and mix it and it’s done!
3. Steamed Minced Meat with Rice

Ingredients (2-3 Servings)
- 1 cup of long grain rice
- 2 eggs
- 200 gram of minced pork
- 2 tbsp of soya sauce
- 1 ¼ cup of water
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
Directions
1. Put 1 cup of long grain rice into your rice cooker. Wash and drain until the water runs clear. Drain the last of the water, then add 1 cup of water into the rice cooker and start cooking it.
2. Add water and a small bowl into a wok so that we can steam the minced pork later.

3. Next, put the minced pork and eggs into a bowl. Mix it. Add in the soya sauce and sesame oil and stir it well. Lastly, add ¼ cup of water and stir it well.

4. Then, place it into the wok and cover with the lid and let it steam for about 10 minutes. You may use a chopstick and poke it in the middle to check whether the meat is cooked.
5. After it is cooked, it is ready to serve with your cooked rice!
