Meet Carol and Annali from our Sydney Sizing Team! As part of our service to Sydney schools we have our sizing team come to your school and size all the students up for free. This really takes a lot of the stress away from Year Advisors when they are organising their Year 12 Leavers Garment.
The girls will arrive at your school and sign in at the front office. It is a good idea to let the office know they are coming so that they can have the runners take them to where the sizing will be done. For sizing we ask that an undercover area be provided preferably inside as if it is really hot it can be quite uncomfortable for the students having to try the jackets on.
The girls will seperate the students into boys and girls and ask them to make individual lines. One at a time they will let you try on some jackets and work out your size. You will need to tell your Year Advisor your size and they will normally collect your nickname at the same time. Nicknames can be up to 15 characters or symbols. To give you a rough indication of how long it takes the girls can normally size up 100 kids in 30-45 minutes so this makes it really easy to hold during lunch time and not take away time from class.
PLEASE NOTE OUR TEAM WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU CHOSE THE WRONG SIZE. OUR JOB IS ONLY TO GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRY THE SIZES ON BUT YOU NEED TO WORK OUT WHICH IS THE CORRECT ONE FOR YOU. IF YOU PICK ONE THAT IS SMALLER THAN WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE GIRLS WILL LET YOU KNOW. DON’T FORGET THAT YOU WILL BE WEARING THESE FOR A WHOLE YEAR SO MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE ROOM TO GROW.
Please note once an appointment is booked we need 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations as we have a lot of schools to size and working out the schedule takes a lot of organisation.
