Tailor Store is based in Sweden and delivers custom, tailor-fit shirts to its customers all over the world! The seek to ‘change the world’ with their tailored shirts, shifting the market as it is. Tailored shirts aren’t commonplace in the Western world, where mass-produced sizing is the norm. Tailor Store hopes to shed light on how much difference a tailored shirt can make.
They seek to cut out as many middle-men as possible, such as wholesalers. It’s awesome to see a company that’s trying to be sustainable, cutting down transportation costs as well as planting rainforests. Their materials are also organic!
Tailor store offers a large amount of different tailored shirts! There are suits, shirts, trousers, chinos and so much more! There are even clerical (priest) shirts- if you’re into that. Starting with a classic shirt, we got to designing!
So far, we’re pretty impressed with the interface that they have for customisation. It’s clean and large, making it really easy to get into designing your shirt. You can already see the large range of customisation options for the shirt.
Not only are the materials and fabrics customisable, the actual dimensions of the shirts are tailored to fit your body perfectly! This makes it a standout against other companies offering customised clothing. And don’t worry, there’s also options to get tailoring for women here.
You can change the fabric, sleeve length, collar, buttons and pretty much every part of the shirt. Different changes made to the shirt will change the price though.
Like all of our favourite customised products, Tailor Store allows for monogramming and embroidery on their shirts! You can change the font, colour and placement of the embroidery and it’s less than $10. Adding a monogram to any piece adds that extra personalisation to anything.
Tailor Store really goes the extra mile in terms of providing its customers with a wide range of options. You can see that even when just designing a simple shirt, there are so many different options and combinations available for people. Considering then, all the other things you can tailor (suits, chinos etc.), their options are so vast. They also sell accessories to go with your brand new suit or shirt such as ties, pocket squares and belts.
