Welcome back to Term 2 for all our NSW schools. Term 2 is a very hectic term for our team at Exodus Wear with the majority of schools placing orders, getting sized up and having their pre-production sample made. It is such a hectic term because term 2 is when we start working toward day 1 of term 4 delivery deadlines. It may seem like it is a long way away but if your school would like to have your Year 12 jackets delivered on the first day of term 2 when your students officially become Year 12 you need to start to get organised now.
We recommend that you finalise your design in the initial weeks of Term 2 so that we can start on your pre-production samples which will take 3-4 weeks to produce. While your sample is being made we will send out our sizing team to get everyone sized up. Then once the sample arrives we encourage you to give your students about 6 weeks to bring in their 50% deposit and finalise their nickname.
The cut off to have everything submitted in order to have delivery on the first day back of Term 4 of 2013 is Tuesday the 6th of August, 2013.
This means if you wish to have your jackets on the first day of Term 4, 2013 we will need the following from you by the 6th of August, 2013:
1.      Spreadsheet completed with sizes, names, nicknames etc
2.      At least a 50% deposit paid
