Design your own custom jackets

Made from our 100% polyester material which is what we also use to make our sublimation hoodies. Have you got creative students who love to draw and design? Download the blank design templates from our website and let those students draw a design from scratch. We will computerise the design and print it directly onto the material.

We use 100% polyester which started white and then we dye in any design, in any colour including photos and gradients. You can dye the student’s names into the outside of the design or have printed lining with all the student’s names, a photo or even hand written message. Plain jackets without hoods are also available.

The rule with our lining is that there is NO RULE! Your imagination is the limit and we love to challenge ourselves to print whatever it is you can come up with.

Our most popular lining option is to print all of your students names. We can print the names in one large paragraph, columns or you can come up with a new layout. We need a copy of the roll call in excel format in order to extract the names. We print the lining in the sample jacket for you to check over but don’t worry if new students have come or other students have left by the time you go into mass production; we accept a new name list for mass production and will send you a digital artwork layout for approval.
Exodus Wear are famous for printing photos on our jacket linings. We can either print one large landscape group photo across all 3 panels or do a portrait photo on the middle panel. Another option is to print a collage of photos across all 3 lining panels. The photo must be taken on an SLR camera in order to print clearly. Our sales team can assist with taking the photo at your school.
Why not have both! A very popular combination is to print a photo at the top of the middle panel and then all the names below the photo. Alternatively you can print the photo in the middle panel and the names on the side panels.
The rule with our lining really is that there is no rule. We have printed all sorts of designs including student artwork, repeat print of the school logo etc. Alternatively you can also have plain lining that the students can sign eachothers names on.

Our Offer to You!

We understand that you may be hesitant ordering from a new company if your school has not ordered from Exodus Wear in the past. We pride ourselves on the quality of our garments and as soon as school’s see their design in real life they always feel confident ordering with our company. That’s why we are offering you a FREE, no-obligation physical sample of one design of your choice!

If you decide you do not want to go ahead with an order we just need the sample returned and you won’t be charged for anything. If you decide you would like to proceed with an order we will require a 50% deposit before going into mass production.

The lead-time is 3-4 weeks and the sample is obligation free. Therefore, if you are not happy with the sample you are not required to place an order. If you would like to proceed with an order there is still an opportunity to make changes to the design before mass production. We recommend ordering your sample early and then having it on display in the school to encourage students to bring in their money and submit their nickname. There is no time-frame that you have to place your order for mass production once you receive the sample.
